ABC of Wyoming has opened up sponsorship options for the 2012 Convention to be held at the Holiday Inn in Cheyenne, Thursday and Friday , March 1st & 2nd 2012. Booth space is also available, please review the options below.
Platinum Sponsors receive an extra large business logo on all convention materials, free extra large or regular booth space, two individual event sponsorships at convention, a speaking opportunity during convention as well as a half page ad in the Spring edition of the Blueprints newsletter, one month’s worth of large ad space in the ABC WY Enews, and four convention registrations.
Gold Sponsors receive a large business logo on all convention materials, free regular booth space, an individual event sponsorship at convention, as well as a quarter page ad in the Spring edition of the Blueprints newsletter, one month’s worth of medium ad space in the ABC WY Enews, and two convention registrations.
Silver Sponsors receive a medium business logo on all convention materials, an opportunity sponsorship at convention, as well as a eighth page ad in the Spring edition of the Blueprints newsletter, one month’s worth of small ad space in the ABC WY Enews, and one convention registration.
Supporting Sponsors receive their business name on all convention materials, a mention during convention, as a mention in the spring edition of the Blueprints newsletter.
A Large booth space includes room for a four foot by sixteen foot (4’x16’) table area or similar size booth.
A regular size booth includes space for a four foot by eight foot (4’x 8’) table area or similar sized booth.
Electricity can be made available upon request but may include an additional, minimum cost.
